Matt earned his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Athens Technical College in 1999. He also earned his Bachelor’s of Health Education to become a Certified Athletic Trainer in 2007 from Georgia College and State University. Matt has worked in nursing homes, hospitals, home health, cardiac rehab, aquatics, and in multiple outpatient rehabilitation centers. As an athletic trainer, he has worked in high school, college, and semi-professional settings. He has been a valued team member of Oconee Physical Therapy since 2009.
Matt and his wife, Mary Ann, have 3 children. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, camping, hiking, listening to live music, playing Fortnite, Georgia Bulldog football, and pretty much anything else outdoors.
