About Our Facility

I’ve been twice due to different back / hip problems and both times Sophie and her team got me mobile again. They are kind and funny and though it can be challenging, they make it fun. A little part of me was sad I “graduated,” but the rest of me is happy to be gardening again all weekend and getting up from sitting with no or minimal pain (depending on how much gardening I did that weekend!). For me the trick is to incorporate their exercises and stretches into a daily routine to keep mobile. Thanks Sophie and team!

Two weeks before my cruise my neck would not turn left or right! So much pain and I couldn’t relax because I was in a state of panic worrying about my trip! Sophia and Matt worked hard with me trying to get the kinks out AND THEY DID! I had a wonderful trip to Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel because of them! I am forever grateful! Love you!

Sophia and Matt have always helped me immeasurably. I am a fully physically functioning adult due to them. Scheduling has always been easy. Overall, a great facility.

The staff is awesome the push you just enough to accomplish your goals while at the same time ensuring that you are working within your limits. Everyone seems to be enjoying their job and are truly liking their jobs. I am feeling better every day because of them and now I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I almost gave up before going here, but now there is hope. Thank you all!

Outstanding knowledge and expertise. Know what they are doing and walk you through the process so you know and understand your limitations, recovery, and continuing therapy.

I am currently in therapy there and everything is going great. Their facility is very clean and sanitized, which is very important this day and time.
